A question that just keeps coming back to me.
Is there a difference between maximum length allowances for the two differently named poles? My understanding is a pole being used in a fashion as to be attached to the tack point on an Assymetric is a Spinnaker Pole. When attached to the clew point on the Assymetric, is it not now a Whisker Pole that could be adjusted (if adjustable) to any length? |
