Sizzler Damn straight

I'll tell yer what; I am so damn pissed about NOT owning this boat that I have a look on my face not seen since the day I was born! Ya'know, the look when the doctor smacks you one to make you cry?
This is a glorious displacement of water.
Anyone that complains about this slick boat is likely to be against its power assisted winches, engine running to cant keels and all that. But they miss the point. They're also likely to be an 'oh so 90's' anti-money, uber-traditionalist, a fan of hiking and most likely a mouth breather.
They may also be short of the $X's to buy the Mofo. And so am I.
Still, it's an inspiration, something to strive for. The kind of boat you want. You just want it, no need to justify why.
I'd love to have a bitchin' undies-enemy of a yacht like this. Imagine it, you've got your trick OD sportsboat (class yet to exist), you've got your ocean racer (without a gift rating, which you make up for with your mad-skills) and you have this for pure pimp-sailing.
Yep, I'm putting in the effort at the office tomorrow. The effort to discover some faster means of massive wealth accumulation that is.
One draw back; once I'm high on success, I'm almost certain to fall ass-over-5head whilst stepping over them there beamy things.

By the way, adding to the coolness of this vessel, that companionway on the port side, that's actually a bar! Could it get any cooler? Oh, and in case I'm not mistaken, there's a popcorn machine below.
I hear it's also some kinda home build? How could that be?

Tony Castro's comments about the boat. Built at the owner's own yard - not quite the same as DIY in the back garden. And you're right - sexy as hell. Does the keel cant? Lifts, yes- that hatch between the companionway and the bar - and TC mentions lifting in his commentary above.
Would be very interesting to hear about the thinking behind the orientation of the jib tracks - furtherst outboard at the forward end.

What a beautiful machine. I could see myself on that!!!
My theory on the jib tracks is that as your angle frees up, you want to go car forward and in an ideal world outboard as well. This looks like a solution to this.

These pics must come from a source somewhere. Please cough it up along with some more design info / prints. I say we need Perry to do a full review of this thing pronto.
I would really like to see a better pic of the hull so I can we the blue stained hull. Oh and the popcorn machine, and the bar and the...

Kenny did it with his Etchells the year he won the worlds in Greenwich, CT. Depowering in the breeze. Is there lots of breeze in the land of the potato?
