      Abbreviated rules   07/28/2017

Underdawg did an excellent job of explaining the rules.  Here's the simplified version: Don't insinuate Pedo.  Warning and or timeout for a first offense.  PermaFlick for any subsequent offenses Don't out members.  See above for penalties.  Caveat:  if you have ever used your own real name or personal information here on the forums since, like, ever - it doesn't count and you are fair game. If you see spam posts, report it to the mods.  We do not hang out in every thread 24/7 If you see any of the above, report it to the mods by hitting the Report button in the offending post.   We do not take action for foul language, off-subject content, or abusive behavior unless it escalates to persistent stalking.  There may be times that we might warn someone or flick someone for something particularly egregious.  There is no standard, we will know it when we see it.  If you continually report things that do not fall into rules #1 or 2 above, you may very well get a timeout yourself for annoying the Mods with repeated whining.  Use your best judgement. Warnings, timeouts, suspensions and flicks are arbitrary and capricious.  Deal with it.  Welcome to anarchy.   If you are a newbie, there are unwritten rules to adhere to.  They will be explained to you soon enough.

The scenery CSGO AWP Skins of Counter-Strike is actually changing—in a good way.

Within last night’s video game update, Valve created Counter-Strike: Global Unpleasant free-to-play for anyone within China that desires to try out the crafting first-person shooter. Even though it wasn’t explicitly set by the release notes, the code string hanging around files shows exactly how it can be accomplished via Perfect World, a sport publisher in The far east much like Steam.

To obtain CS: GO for totally free in China, gamers must verify their very own identity on their accounts through Perfect Planet. Once their id is verified and also the game is down loaded, prospective players will also be given “Prime” position, which grants all of them access to exclusive Prime-only matchmaking games. It is basically the same as Perfect matchmaking in the Water version of CS: GO, except Steam’s verification requires a cell phone.

If players cannot verify their information, Perfect World can make them pay for a license like any some other consumer.

CS: PROCEED may see an overall surge in active customers as a result of this in order to Perfect World accessibility. Its immediate esports competitors on Water vapor, such as Dota 2and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, happen to be climbing up the gamer count ladder recently. They’ve even exceeded CS: GO on SteamCharts’ database. The only issue with the game in China and taiwan is that the influx associated with users won’t display in the ladder count number, because they’re within the Perfect World customer and not the Sauna client.

Let’s wish Valve makes CS: GO free upon Steam with a business similar to Perfect Entire world http://www.csgo4skin.com .
