      Abbreviated rules   07/28/2017

Underdawg did an excellent job of explaining the rules.  Here's the simplified version: Don't insinuate Pedo.  Warning and or timeout for a first offense.  PermaFlick for any subsequent offenses Don't out members.  See above for penalties.  Caveat:  if you have ever used your own real name or personal information here on the forums since, like, ever - it doesn't count and you are fair game. If you see spam posts, report it to the mods.  We do not hang out in every thread 24/7 If you see any of the above, report it to the mods by hitting the Report button in the offending post.   We do not take action for foul language, off-subject content, or abusive behavior unless it escalates to persistent stalking.  There may be times that we might warn someone or flick someone for something particularly egregious.  There is no standard, we will know it when we see it.  If you continually report things that do not fall into rules #1 or 2 above, you may very well get a timeout yourself for annoying the Mods with repeated whining.  Use your best judgement. Warnings, timeouts, suspensions and flicks are arbitrary and capricious.  Deal with it.  Welcome to anarchy.   If you are a newbie, there are unwritten rules to adhere to.  They will be explained to you soon enough.

  1. Sailing around the world in a San Juan 24

So the voyage began in 1974 on the vessel names Memosis? Wow! That has to be a world record....what happened to Memosis did she morph into Mimsey? Then went back in time to be rescued by Vietnamese fishermen in 1818 ending with another time jump to the year 2018 and another rescue. Geez...wonder if the same girls appeared at both recues? On May 25, 1974, he began his journey between the sea with a sailboat called Memosis from Hawaii to Fiji, Tuvalu ... On the sailing journey about 500km away from Yokohama (Japan), his boat hit a object Large and broken. On 10/12/2017, he signaled for help throughout the two days but not heard. From there, the sailing of noise drifted through many of the waters of the states while the food source was exhausted. On January 18, 1818, he was fortunate enough to rescue QNG 98785 fishing vessels in the waters near the Hoang Sa archipelago.

Nothing to show.....are you saying quality of life is best measured in shiny baubles and toys ?......For me things like the home made valentine received Sunday from an eight year old girl daughter of a customer is real quality . Rimas having evolved beyond the shiny trinket stage of life to one in which a nice cup of java and a bevy of beautiful adoring girls is tits. I'm sure you agree that tits have real value?

How can you all belittle a man like Rimas that has accomplished more by doing nothing than most have done wurkin their butts off. We all look forward to the day when we can lay back with our favorite refreshments and let the world drift past and this guy has made an occupation of it. We bust butt to buy and outfit our vessels and Captain Rimas has others to do this for him as he lounges in starbucks surrounded by adoring girls. Maybe we should be taking lessons?

Great post Norse Horse. Your hard work putting this together is very much appreciated.

chuckle....Remas had no business up there. The good thing that came out of his lawn darting is it must have knocked some sense into him as since he only cruises the balmy warm central pacific waters.

He's in a nursing home didn't you see the pix posted of him with his bunch of adoring Vietnamese girls? They all appeared well endowed for nursing, what more could he ask for?
  11. Sailing around the world in a San Juan 24

He would have to move his boat every couple of weeks in the delta or pay mooring fees. Richardson bay is his best option

and the comment of one of the fishermen after they claimed to have found him in good health. "The fishermen said they took turns to feed him milk and soft food, and helped him every time he had to use the toilet." Now that is lazy

Not a bad looking old tub, I'll bet she is a real slug
  14. Sailing around the world in a San Juan 24

all phony like his latest on FB. No one could have drifted past all those reefs without incident. I'm no sailor but when i looked at the charts, current, wind data I could find no safe drift passage. The course looked to be one requiring substantial navigation and sailing skills.......I can only conclude that those buttery taters and cherries endowed the Remas with special skills or wings!........
