    Nat guard Prepping.. ZZZZZZZ LOL

NOBODY could be that stupid. IMHO an overt attack would unify the country. Think 9/11!

    Too Late to Impeach?

I started this thread when I was angry. Now that I have pondered the matter. Does impeachment or the 25th, make him a martyr? Are we better making him a martyr or is there a smarter option. Really don’t know the answer, just looking to hear from the smart guys in the room. Oh fuck this is PA, not sure there is a smart guy... But will try anyway

    Too Late to Impeach?

Only an idiot would pardon him now. Before this one could assume a negotiated deal of pardon for silence. But it is now clear, if pardoned he will just get worse. He needs to be LEGALLY removed from office.

    Too Late to Impeach?

And this Given that Trump only has 13 days left in office, it would appear the likelihood is slim, but CNN reports that four unnamed members of the cabinet are calling for the 25th amendment to be invoked. It would take eight of the 15 secretaries to agree to invoke the 25th amendment. from https://www.thedenverchannel.com/news/national/reports-cabinet-members-talk-about-invoking-the-25th-amendment-how-the-process-works

    Too Late to Impeach?

Tomorrow should be interesting... The idea of using the 25th is growing https://www.forbes.com/sites/nicholasreimann/2021/01/06/calls-for-cabinet-to-remove-trump-from-office-rise-from-business-politicians/?sh=20a7dacb43ab

    Too Late to Impeach?

Impeachment is the only way to remove him. It would be eviscerating and make him lame. Versus being an ongoing pain in the ass for the next four years. It would be the unequivocal end of the Trump era.

    President Pelosi

Just listened to the entire phone call. ANYONE who has held any position in any organization will agree he is an ass. He dominated the call, nit letting others speak. If you had a different opinion you were wrong. Oddly, I felt bad for the Georgians

The Discarded- Rescuing a Tartan 33

Good point. I will likely make the first few connections before I mount the strip to make sure there is something solid behind the connectors.

The Discarded- Rescuing a Tartan 33

@Ajax some time ago I moved the hoses to the hot water heater to above the engine. They are held by a well engineered albeit slightly Rube Goldberg brace. Two PVC sleeves on a non-corroding strap. Hoses have zero chafe and are out of the way.

The Discarded- Rescuing a Tartan 33

Well Santa (aka Amazon) came early, so I went down to the boat to see if my idea would work. Looks like the “boat side” of the connector will fit ok. But the “engine side” will need to have 2-3 new wires. NOTE somehow photo is twisted thumb is above vertical wood that is the backstop for the dog house

The Discarded- Rescuing a Tartan 33

@Ajax after a long career around heavy equipment and now on OP yachts, I am anal on pre-trip inspections. At least once a week, I check the oil, etc. on my boat. Pulling grandpa babysitting duty beginning 12/26. The plan is to test fit strips 12/31 or so. I will post pics of test fitting.

The Discarded- Rescuing a Tartan 33

So you do not believe a connector strip will fit there?? I have 2 smaller ones on order. Should arrive on 12/24.

The Discarded- Rescuing a Tartan 33

Sorry- should have exported to JPG. Here is the photo with area under consideration highlighted. Eyeballing it, the run to the engine should land there without issue. Most of the connector to engine runs should make it, if the inboard is the engine side. May have to replace 2-3 of the engine side wires. Thoughts?
