    Luna Rossa Challenge. AC 36

It's an anti-discrimination amendment to an existing legislation.

    Luna Rossa Challenge. AC 36

This is a deliberate lie which has been debunked by legal entities in Canada as any cursory Google search will reveal, as someone like you who trawls the internet for Vietnamese mail-order brides should know

Nah, I think they just wanted to execute that specific manoeuvre under the cosh - and they couldn't. They knew the consequence of failure and they still called it - better flunk it now than in The Match.

It was quite a revealing burst of speed by TR when they wanted it

Can someone explain the violent oscillation on TR at 15,35-15:41 in Race 4 Vs AM on Day 1...

Give it a rest or your ulcer will implode. MBIE have been bitch-slapped by Stuart Nash for their incompetence, with Tremain having brownie points deduction noted on her record. She's heading for early retirement soon..

Carolyn Tremain has ended up with cum all over her face over the MBIE fishing expedition after being sucked in by Mayo&Calder, while her underlings Griffiths and McRobbie who would have been nudging her along get away scot-free. Mayo&Calder now have to face the reality that their counter-suit against ETNZ will be tossed, they do not qualify for whistle-blower protection, and they must find million$ to pay ETNZ. I can see a couple of bankruptcies emerging from this in the very near future.

What are the chances that they will all agree to permit more mods than currently allowed? AM=Yes LR= Nah Brexitannia=Yes PLEASE!! ETNZ= Yeah-Nah..

7knts at the committee boat isn't of much use to the two boats around the top mark.

Which again brings us back to their control system integration. All hydraulics systems for lifting and lowering the arms are the same, so if one competitor is having no issues (ETNZ), they need to look elsewhere within their own control systems. ETNZ are not going to hand over their control system just because someone blames the "software".

The Italians might now be a tad more nervous and respectful of AM after Max's initial dismissive comments about their B2. That should generate an urgency in their preparations for the Prada Cup, and might force them to bring forward any mods they might have initially planned to bottom-shelf for the Match. I think it's fair to say that AM caught them by surprise and shattered any complacency that might have crept in...

Prada Cup... (a) during the Round Robins and Repechage stages - between 6.5 and 21 knots; (b) during the Final – between 6.5 and 23 knots.

Sorry if you thought I wrote the article - it's not mine. Magnus Wheatley did, on his Rule69 Blog. Most Kiwis have a lot of time for Hutch so he'll have a lot of local support with Barker helming for AM. I picked AM to be the Challenger when they announced their Challenge, and I'm really happy in their progress. I would like a close Match with AM losing valiantly to ETNZ. But I would not be too depressed if AM took the Cup off us..
  20. Yes. I thought it was smart to require human-only control of the foil arms. As is the banning of the use of electrically-switched mechanical locks in an indexing positioning scheme.
  21. None specifically - just a general ban on the use of PCVs and Variable Displacement Pumps 22.6 For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of components are prohibited as they are capable of using feedback from the yacht state and are not listed within the permitted exceptions of Rules 22.5 (d) and 22.5 (e): (a) external pilot-operated sequence valves; (b) external pilot-operated counter balance valves; (c) external pilot-operated pressure relief valves; (d) valves that use internal feedback to control flow rate in proportion to an electrical input; (e) hydraulic devices with more than two ports that provide logic between: (i) different control functions; (ii) different hydraulic actuators of the same control function; (iii) different actuator chambers of the same hydraulic actuator; and (iv) different pressure supply lines; and (f) variable displacement pumps that change their characteristics automatically in response to pressure, unless that automation is achieved using only those devices that are permitted by Rules 22.5 (d) and 22.5 (e).

He also commented that they should have "low-ridden" (displacement mode) sooner instead of wasting 5 minutes trying to get on the foils

That I imagine will all be covered in the review taking place now..
  24. Proportional control valves not allowed anyway - CR22.6(d).
