I looked at one of these a few years back but the hull was Fero Cement and the advertised nuclear power drive turned out to be an Atomic 4. It was not worth the effort.

I must admit I did not even notice the mast steps. All I thought was "if this is best picture you can take of your boat, it must be in really bad shape". BUt he does say it is in "sailing condition" not "good condition" or "great condition".

I liked the 15 knots in Johnstone Strait - in a San Juan 24. Maybe if it was on a trailer on a ferry. That part of the coast has some very big tidal currents. 15 knots may be quite achievable on the GPS.
