sfigone 109 #2156 Posted December 27, 2017 If C wins her protest it will be another indication that the 100 don't sail to the same interpretation of the rules as the rest of the boats. If any of 99 other in the fleet went to the room saying: "we were on starboard and had to luff after the other boat tacked in front of us", then the response would be cry me a river. It's really difficult to establish when a tack is completed and video evidence is often not considered as it can be misleading on angles and distances. If they do accept video evidence then they get the sound track of C saying they "can have a piece of" WO, which won't play well when asked if they changed course at all prior to WOs tack. Isn't the advice given by the experts always saying that in C's position if she doesn't want to luff or tack away, then she should have waived WO through. 2

Great minds think alike Yeah but don't get me wrong, I like Leo V and others who don't frequent this bar love Mini's and some of the Proto design concepts they germinate and transport upwards like via the Open 60's The OP doesn't quite appreciate that all that forward volume is rjghting moment and while they have canting lead, it is via fuckin block and tackle. Then the reality is they are unlike their bigger cousin the Fig, just a one direction miniture pony.
