A bit beyond Lonqr, but had to go somewhere

We had a guy who - while high on meth (so he said) - ride around on his motorcycle naked and upon dumping the bike he left his............equipment.......with the bike. Its amazing how small the......equipment....becomes when it leaves its natural setting. I still sorta involuntarily cross my legs when I remember it...........

Seen them cut off and torn off but never had one bitten off though...........that would be different.

Had a guy chase and wound another guy with a chainsaw at a jobsite. Some kinda fight over a girl as best the cops could sort it out. I think by the time the chainsaw guy caught up with the other guy that he had run out of anger though. He slashed the guys thigh and not very deep. I think he was going for the other guys junk. Wasn't very bad at all and just one laceration....I've seen lots worse with skil-saws...a lot worse. Framers would tie back the guard when they were trimming rafter tails and usually sit straddling the top plate when they make the cut. Seen some nasty owies.

My late Australian Dad was a surgeon in the Isle of Wight.

Plenty of nasty agricultural accidents involving threshers, balers and other large unforgiving farm machines.  One poor lad managed to run himself over with a tractor and a load of silage when he left it running in low gear so it wouldn't bog, then hopped off to open the gate and slipped in the mud.  He lived, but wasn't too good afterwards.

Dad didn't talk about these very much.  Nor the WW-II ones when he was an RAAF Surgeon Flight Lieutenant on a Spitfire squadron in the UK and Europe.

I respect him and miss him too.

This morning we were talking about the farm accidents, including grain trucks.   The guys are working 20 hour days trying to get crops in before they mold.    One team member drove her man to his truck this morning before she went to work, since he was too red eyed to drive there himself.   Farm trucks within 150 miles of home don’t have the sleep and log rules other drivers do, at least in Ohio.  A year’s work is determined by a mad dash to salvage as much as possible when weather permits.    Add a trade war and good national predictions (large supply) so risks seem necessary to stay solvent.

Well if a car did have an electric oil pump, I guess this would work eventually.

Ain't it the truth.

Women just can't ever seem to come to grips with what simple, literal creatures we are. :D

Men Are Just Happier People --
What do you expect from such simple creatures?
Your last name stays put.
The garage is all yours.
Wedding plans take care of themselves.
Chocolate is just another snack...
You can be President.
You can never be pregnant.
You can wear a white T-shirt to a water park.
You can wear NO shirt to a water park.
Car mechanics tell you the truth.
The world is your urinal.
You never have to drive to another gas station restroom because this one is just too icky.
You don't have to stop and think of which way to turn a nut on a bolt.
Same work, more pay.
Wrinkles add character.
Wedding dress $5000. Tux rental-$100.
People never stare at your chest when you're talking to them.
New shoes don't cut, blister, or mangle your feet.
One mood all the time.
Phone conversations are over in 30 seconds flat.
You know stuff about tanks.
A five-day vacation requires only one suitcase.
You can open all your own jars.
You get extra credit for the slightest act of thoughtfulness.
If someone forgets to invite you,
He or she can still be your friend.
Your underwear is $8.95 for a three-pack.
Three pairs of shoes are more than enough..
You almost never have strap problems in public.
You are unable to see wrinkles in your clothes..
Everything on your face stays its original color.
The same hairstyle lasts for years, even decades.
You only have to shave your face and neck.
You can play with toys all your life.
One wallet and one pair of shoes -- one color for all seasons.
You can wear shorts no matter how your legs look.
You can 'do' your nails with a pocket knife.
You have freedom of choice concerning growing a mustache.
You can do Christmas shopping for 25 relatives
On December 24 in 25 minutes.

A former SS guard has gone on trial in Germany accused of complicity in mass murder at a Nazi death camp during World War Two.

Identified as Johann Rehbogen, the 94-year-old served in the Stutthof camp

Because he was not yet aged 21 at the time , he is being tried in a juvenile court in Münster, western Germany.

C'mon on guys, you can do better than that...

Aluminum ladder + bare feet + swimming pool + electricity...

I know, it is borderline Darwin Award thread, but I have no proof that he won...

Yeah, but that's just some moron from the internet.

The moron from the internet that I posted is actually me.

And the answer is yes, I absolutely intend to lift the engine off my pontoon boat using those roof beams, but that's not what I'm doing in the picture.

That engine weighs under 300 lbs and I saw big guys wandering around up there screwing down roof panels so I know it can hold that weight if I distribute it a bit. The engine on that other boat weighs over 500 and if I ever want to pick it up I'll use the backhoe or something.

That's funny, in spite of that Turkish Air is one of the highest rated carriers.  We flew them last year, and the drinks were all free, and a real Chef in his Apron and Toque prepared the food that was fabulous!
