      Abbreviated rules   07/28/2017

Underdawg did an excellent job of explaining the rules.  Here's the simplified version: Don't insinuate Pedo.  Warning and or timeout for a first offense.  PermaFlick for any subsequent offenses Don't out members.  See above for penalties.  Caveat:  if you have ever used your own real name or personal information here on the forums since, like, ever - it doesn't count and you are fair game. If you see spam posts, report it to the mods.  We do not hang out in every thread 24/7 If you see any of the above, report it to the mods by hitting the Report button in the offending post.   We do not take action for foul language, off-subject content, or abusive behavior unless it escalates to persistent stalking.  There may be times that we might warn someone or flick someone for something particularly egregious.  There is no standard, we will know it when we see it.  If you continually report things that do not fall into rules #1 or 2 above, you may very well get a timeout yourself for annoying the Mods with repeated whining.  Use your best judgement. Warnings, timeouts, suspensions and flicks are arbitrary and capricious.  Deal with it.  Welcome to anarchy.   If you are a newbie, there are unwritten rules to adhere to.  They will be explained to you soon enough.

Well after the cock up over the refusal to allow the first salvage barge to continue operating we have this

Just what they need more wreckage on the bottom of the lagoon.

Lovely...

reminds me of jackup oil rig that didn't correctly pre-load the legs in the gulf of Mexico...

You can see his head & shoulders in the middle of the 3rd pic.

Despite the work crew's best efforts to sink the floating dock, it bucked them off before the 8 second buzzer, and had a good roll.

Just in case this goes to a caption contest.

Maybe those big tall leg thingies aren’t to alert nearby aircraft. Maybe they have some other purpose.

But the platform barge is still rolling over on top of him.

Aren't the Dutch supposed to be good at this shit?

Get your facts straight pal before making smart comments.

All the assets livery and the addition of the photographers below comment point to a South American contractor.

"What were they thinking..  amateurs  (I tried to talk to one of them and told them it would be out of balance in the water..  even made hand signals to show.. but Colombian or something.. English to bad to understand me/communicate..  Well ..  probably at least cheap labor..)"

I think that's the head & shoulders of the guy in the neon orange vest, not the cab operator
