What is it?

I spotted this in Les Sables d'Olonne today. Strange it is strange, but moreover it seems that there is no propeller shaft! A closer look is definitely necessary tomorrow!

Meanwhile... what is this super raised saloon?

It’s a motorsailor-like thing.

probably plenty comfortable.

not going to win any races, but the dock parties could be epic.

op is very carefully not showing another angle but the cradle seems very wide astern

With a bow roller on the port hull? I would have guessed this was a Butugley 36, the perfect yacht designed for the sailor who is secure in the knowledge that windage is only a problem for those who don't plan ahead.
