What is the boat on the left?

Recommended Posts

From a post yesterday on the front page titled 'Not Enough'. The image is of three boats on trailers in someone's backyard.

The caption is "A friend of mine sent this picture of his backyard, wondering if it was time to trim the heard. That’s utter nonsense!"

What is the boat all the way to the left in the image?

I love that Hobie's lines. Who was the designer? We rarely see them here in the Netherlands, we have sonething similar though, the Dynamic 33.

I think the boat in the middle is a OH Rogers 24 or 26.Didn't know Hobie 33s had fixed levels.Did they offer both a  fixed keel and a center board?

Came in fixed keel or lifting keel version, not a centerboard.

Middle is a Tartan Pride 270, knew it looked familiar. Is there a contact # for this guy if he's considering selling?

Do you mean Dynamic 35?

The Dynamic 33/Granada 32 is more of a cruiser :-)

The H33, has a lot of Phil Edwards' design touches.  It feels like a joint effort like the H18.  Surfers rule.

Must be an optical delusion, but the Hobie looks like it has a short prod just above the water line?????

Hobie ain't got no rig....

All to common.  T-ball fails at top of windward diagonal, mast becomes a switchblade.
