Just waiting for the wingers to make excuses for this while baying for the blood of those who take a knee. You see racism doesn't really exist.

It was a Republican.

I'm shocked....SHOCKED.

And the rest of the cowardly scum are too craven to even identify the spinless cocksucker.

America must be proud.

Why? R;s cheered when the Texas Rep shouted "You lie" to Obama and when Cheney started effin' on the Senate floor.

Smith later apologized and said he wasn't speaking directly to Cardenas, but rather to 30 congressional Democrats who went on a trip to Puerto Rico last weekend despite the government shutdown.

Yep, spineless scum, as we thought.

Does deserve some credit for quickly coming up with a bullshit excuse that will please the ignorant fools who support him.

I think it's a "wink wink" that will allow the rightwing media to give him cover. A bit like the Republicans that talked to the white supremacist holocaust denier this week. Nobody believes they were talking to him about genetic testing - but it's plausible denial. And they'll get away with it. Because Republicans don't care about racism.

It was Joe Wilson from South Carolina.  But it is easy to mistake one white, southern, spineless, coward Republican for another.

Look alike? No. But they sure do sound alike and it’s not just the accent.
