To say that Larry was disappointed in his experimental antifouling recipe was a gross understatement.

Jerry recently completed his green boat project, proudly proclaiming that it's 100% locally-sourced, holistic, all-natural construction materials were corrosion free.  Unfortunately, he neglected to consider the 100% natural processes of erosion, waterlogging, and rot.

I told my wife one advantage of living aboard is that you don't have a yard and garden to mow and take care of. Turns out women will get their way regardless.

The sails were actually pretty good. The damage and repairs were all painted on.

That cube gear locker forward of the mast was where the actual helmsman sat. The material is a light scrim that the helmsman could see right through.

Aww...I can't keep the suspense.  Randy Smyth.  Scared Costner to death as Smyth tells the tale.

A surprise PR move by team Ineos UK has shocked the America’s cup world overnight with the unveiling of their new test boat “the clod”

Sir Ben Ainslie says they are hoping to offset the teams carbon footprint with the schooner designed by Groot de cob.

its also a useful training  tool for the team says Ainslie “it’s so slow compared to our other boat and very difficult to get it to foil so we are garneting great data on optimising foil attack angles , weight distribution etc and its also bloody warm inside , the boys love it “.

Designer Groot van der cob thinks his new design is the way of the future “this boat shows that you can have a live-aboard foiler that is largely carbon neutral and is also bloody warm inside “

Weren't there a few hot, sweaty grinders stuck in the hull trimming as well?  Nasty work being stuck below sailing for hours off Oahu.
