J/120 trucking

Anyone had a 120 trucked?  Looking to know how tall it will be?  Stanchions off?

please share the good bad and ugly!

I commissioned quite a few of those in SoCal. Wheel off, stanchions off, bow pulpit off. Take the time to properly pad EVERYTHING, trailers vibrate & bounce continuously on the road. Take lots of pics as you take things apart. Carpet installers will sell you new scraps - don't use old stuff, it will be full of grit. Secure everything so nothing moves. Cover all holes securely, windspeed is 65 mph.

Trucked our 120 from Texas to California.  We removed the wheel, bow pulpit and lifelines, but not stanchions.

Removal of wheel, bow pulpit, first two stanchions, life lines.
