Varan 1,755 #101 Posted September 24, 2020 No Donald drinks in this household Sorry about the orientation. Feel like listening to something old, like Counry JOE and the Fish, or maybe JOE Cocker. Joe just seems right now. Funny how that is.
fufkin 363 #102 Posted October 1, 2020 Here are some of the greatest musicians to ever touch instruments doing a lighthearted ‘covid blues’ thing to raise money for struggling musicians during the pandemic. Call it a little bit of virtual busking. Don’t worry it’s not for them, all of these guys are well fixed, they are just doing their part. BTW, the girl singing ain’t just a pretty face...she’s also one of the best drummers in the world.

Maybe harshly but that Sth American era of divisions and it's beginnings reminds of where divisions are now around the world. On the soundtrack one of my favourite artists popped out of the blue with 'Samba Pa Ti' on the album Abraxas released in 1970. Carlos Santana nor his label deemed it single material when Abraxas was first released. However in 1974 it finally became available as a 45 and charted. Santana's Black Magic Women also charted long after release. I seem attached to late bloomers before they bloom like Brian Wilson - Barenaked Ladies and Cinnamon Girl - Neil Young etc. In my vinyl collection which hasn't seen a needle in years since putting everything on a drive. Rain Man 792 #127 Posted December 5, 2020 Tonight's libation was rum and eggnog. Late evenings these days are spent searching through the work of female rockers looking for material for my rock cover band. We have a female lead vocal with a lower vocal range. After spending quite a bit of time on The Pretty Reckless, the last couple of days the focus has been on Halestorm. Here's a catchy tune with a great hook:
