What are people's opinions on mixing and matching sails on J70s?

I've seen some boats mixing... but are there standouts in the particular sails?

Practice - mix all you want

Racing - Stick with one sailmake due to the fact that the set up is different from one sailmaker to the next and that would infer that the rig needs to be set up also for those specific sails. 

 

Nothing new on that front though....

The Mexican team that won the J/70 Worlds in 2016 mix and match sails, so I guess there is something new on that front.

  You set your rig for the Main, and the jib is car placement. I have sailed on boats with sails from 5 different lofts, and from 1 loft. It all comes down to tuning and trimming for the conditions.
