Hi All,

Having just launched Sydney's newest Tiger a couple of months back and slowly taming the beast I have quickly learnt the value of a larger crew! The learning curve is steep but we have picked up a couple of wins already in MHYC's Winter series (including a LH thanks to some help from the guys from Tigger - Thanks Leon and Co!).

The boat is so much fun and when the new Betts rudder starts to hum you know its moving!

So anyway - I am looking for about 3 experienced crew to join the boat. Pretty much any position is open! The plan is to finish off the MHYC winter series and then join the Super 30s at SASC for the summer as well as all the class races planned for next season. Will also race MHYC's twilights on Thursday nights through the summer.

Please PM me if you are interested.

Matt

this saturday, shortly before this pic (credit: latitude38) was taken, one of the crew that had not been on the boat for a while suddenly asked: "what's this noise?". Another one turns around grinning: "that's the sound of speed..." :)

Enjoy your new boat!

Congrats on the boat Matt, I did sailing lessons at MHYC as a kid (in the early 70's). My Mum lives in Seaforth. I'll look you up next time I'm in town.

Great pic. I think I'll save that one if you don't mind.

Matt,

Go to the MHYC web site,

http://www.mhyc.com.au/framed-link-sheet2.cfm

There are a number of crew looking for a ride.

I have had good success in getting crew from there.

We will be holding a Meet & Great Night at the club about half way through the Leading Edge Series so keep a look out for details.

Put your name up on the notice early Saturday as well.

And give me a yell on 2Xcess and I can point you in the right direction.

Philc.
