Some of the Blurrr crew should be in Wed night. The rest thurs morning. In the water for a spin and over to Palafox for the weekend. I think Erika said something about me not being allowed back to do keg stands at her house, but its always a bit blurry in Pensecola. I think we will hit McGuires on thursday night, but we are open fri and sat.

Last minute efforting to get George P's boat in the water has fallen through. :( Sorry guys. Leaves a couple of good sailors on the dock if anyone ends up short. Have fun!

It was a "loose nut" on the tiller that made Liberty thaat much faster.

Wrong... we had a whole team of loose nuts that made the boat faster! :-)

Thanks amigo! Had a really great team on the boat. One of those regattas that everything totally jived. We were hitting on all cylinders!

On a side note... we hit a speed record on Sun. Gust was 30... the knot meter (not calibrated) read 17.4. I am pretty sure that we were over 20 knots. At least the first half of the boat was out of the water... we were hauling a**!!!

A tribute to a great crew... not the first wipe out in gusty and shifty conditions. My T, Doug Thome was on his game as well as I have ever seen. Maiden did not give us the last race... made us work for it. The last leg we got into a tacking duel... blowing 20-25... we tacked I think in excess of 15 times in that leg. The trimmers were SPENT... but they did one heck of a job! As always... DJ kept us out of a bunch of trouble on the bow.

And by the way... the ACC's are in Atlanta... GO HEELS!!! :-)

It's a good turnout when more than half of the all the Tigers on the east coast show up for an event. Most of the attendees put on some serious miles, especially those that escaped the frozen north. It speaks well of the FT10 owners. It helps that the FT10 travels well. The home ports of these boats are in some of the better sailing areas in the northeast.

Tiger had a good time racing with a fantastic crew from the cold. Thanks Guys and girl. We were real quick up wind with the new Neil Pryde Main and Jib but sucked down wind with the OEM chute. Guess whats on the top of the bucket list.:P
Could have used some better weather but still had a great time racing with all of you.
See ya all next time.

Sunday was a blast, bring on the wind. Doing 20+ will make er "harden up" real quick. I guess everyone that showed up got the presents I sent them, will have to get a pair to George so he can come play too. See ya in the fall.
