Reid and Soanya know what they are getting into, but the other two women and Darshen are certainly not qualified to adequately assess the risk. His sails are probably worse than they were when he arrived in NY, having been left on the boom uncovered (I assume). The rigging probably hasn't been maintained any better since he came home, and I'd be surprised if even the left over supply of mung beans will sprout after 5 years. I wish Reid and his crew a safe passage, and will keep my fingers crossed for good weather.
