Perfect Tiger conditions over the weekend for the Berger Stein Malibu Return Race. Fun race to kick off the 2012 season.

Looks like a light breeze, what were the angles etc.?

Ruckus looks to have taken the win, whooped on the J111 and Dr Laura's new boat.

Nice work Eric! Ruckus is always a well sailed boat and these results come as no surprise. -t

Conditions were 5-7 knots mostly 3/4 of the way to the Malibu bouy and the last part was sailed in 8-10 as we approached the mark. The leg to the bouy was almost a dead beat and very shifty. We were the 4th mono to round the bouy behind Margaritaville. The run back started in the 8-10 range and was sailed at broad angles for the first part but then the breeze went left and became a tight reach the rest of the way in at 5-7 knots of breeze.
