I would agree.

No, that ad isn't from any site that I've visited.
What I think it may be is that Google profiles individuals based on sets of cookies from sites visited, and estimates age, gender, and interests from this.
If every SA member is seeing this ad, then perhaps the whole site gets the ad because the average profile of the site matches up with their idea of a target market for this particular ad.
If only some people do, perhaps it's from their profile matching up (e.g., forties or 50's, male.)
In my case for example Google doesn't show any interest that would match up with this -- not from virtue, but from using Incognito mode when advisable -- unless sailing is considered to match up with interest in hot Russian wives.
Maybe it is.
Hot women in general anyway.
