Safety At Sea Waiver

While the waiver has the normal stuff about risk which is fine
Assuming liability for anything that happens to the docks or equipment while i am being trained seems a bit much or is this just normal 2112 stuff ?

Beware that "hold harmless" clause -- that means you'll provide legal representation out of your pocket if anyone sues
Or at the expense of whoever underwrites your personal umbrella policy.
