That Titanic II is actually a pretty great marketing idea, but he should have had her in the water with paying pax this month, not in a couple of years.

The guy is a buffoon. A very rich buffoon. He bought a soccer team to increase his profile in China, a dispute with the soccer federation saw his team booted. Then he announced he would start his own league. Don't hold your breath on that one. He also claimed the CIA was funding greenpeace to sabotage the Australian Coal industry.
Same day he announced he was rebuilding the titanic he said he was going to run against the federal treasurer at the next election.
