Hey all, I have a Holder 20 that I dry-sail frequently. Recently when putting it on the hoist, it has been pitching forward dramatically and overall seems very unstable. I am certain I am not doing anything differently than I have before. We've taken the rudder and the boom out of the cabin for all hoisting, and I've never adjusted the lines for the hoist harness. Does anyone know where I could potentially buy a new harness? If not, any tips for getting my boat steady on a hoist? Thanks!

How does your 'harness' attach now ?
Not with eye-nuts on the keel bolts, because those have dagger boards.
Typically you create a 'tripod' - one major strap to the keel and 2 lines aft to hold up the stern and control roll.
On my Sonoma 30 I have 2 plates that sandwich the trailing edge of the Centerboard trunk, and from them I 'pick' the front strap (using lift-rated cargo webbing straps) andthen run 2 lines aft.
Generally you want 5 degree of bow-down trim to help keep the rig clear of the crane.
