There is a 50 x 100 ft building on a pretty darned valuble piece of real estate at teh corner of Hudson bend road and Tess RR 620 about a mile from my boat shop. the fireworks busines located there is only allowed to be open for two weeks before teh fourth of July and two weeks before teh new year.
yet it is a profitable enterprise...
