Hi, I have a couple of the classic, Nexus Multi-Controls and a few other Nexus instruments (about 7 years old) mounted to my binnacle. I have a separate breaker switch connected to my NX2 server for the Instrument Lighting. In the last year, the LED illumination of the display of one of these Multi's has become intermittent. It will actually flash from an on state to a nearly off, very very dim state. I'm quite good with a soldering Iron. Is there a way to open up the display? Is there a likely loose connection within the display that could readily be repaired? I'm trying to get these little hiccups in my system rectified prior to our Chicago Mac race in 6 days. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance!
