most tits get blocked by the tit blocker on our firewall at work.

Isn't there something in the Constitution about tits having freedom of expression or something?

Aha, love it!

Just got this today from the boatyard. New name vinyl applied!

Looks great.

What prop did you end up putting on?

The zinc on the strut is not standard for the J/30. Was that on before, or did you have that done for extra protection? I add a second zinc in line on the shaft as an insurance policy.... It's cheap protection.

I understand with zinc on the strut. Recognize that the strut is not connected electrically to the rest of the boat's ground system unlike the shaft & prop. The strut mounting plate is bolted through the hull and bolts faired over externally. Inside you should see the bolts if you look aft of your Yanmar. Since you have now created a potential battery, I reccomend you connect a ground wire internally between the inside bolt on the strut and run it to the engine block. That will keep the exposed metal at the same potential rather than floating and setting up a potential current.

So Alex, I'm in the neighborhood on vacation and I was wandering about where I think you've mentioned your boat being kept, I couldn't find it in the crowd...
