After a long year of work I'm looking forward to heading off on another sailing adventure.. somehow they always fall into my lap and I'm building up a great bank of stories for my rocking chair days.

Question is.. where to go ?

Experienced: background in yacht racing but in this particular instance I am leaning towards a cruising adventure or a combination of both.

Qualified: Have Sea Safety Survival Certificate, Elements of Shipboard safety certificate, senior first aid, PADI open water, marine radio ops licence etc.

Happy on solo watch, happy on a convivial party boat, social, outgoing and capable. Have crossed oceans and cruised some of the best cruising grounds in the world. Great cook, competent deckhand.

Available mid December - February 2013 for a few weeks or more ... the world is my oyster....

Financially secure and able to meet the right boat anywhere in the world.

Not interested at all in joining charter boats looking for paying customers to keep them afloat. I choose to spend my time with like-minded adventurers, not vacationers trying out sailing on a whim
