Lot's of ads for this loft in Canada.
Anybody bought a sail from them?
Just got a ridiculously low quote from them for a new main.
Too good to be true

I made the mistake of looking at it yesterday now I'm getting spam banner ads on my computer/browser(s) - I hate that! However there is no "Precision Loft" that I know of in Victoria. No real address on their website. Some of the guys in a local sailing site (www.sailingx.com) are asking the same questions; like: WTF?

Anyone from the Victoria area (that were they are supposedly to have a presence of some sort) that knows about this?

Inquiring minds want to know?

I would be cautious of a loft with no address on their site. also watch out for VMG sails as the took money and did not deliver on many peoples orders in Southern California. The owner RD McCarten bailed and moved to back to western Canada.

They could be drop shipping sails from Asia. Testimonials look a little dodgey to me. Allegedly a 242 sailor in San Diego bought some for racing and is quite pleased. While I could use a new main for fartin' around the bay, I would not step up to the plate without more bonafide testimonials or references.
