Floatplane hulls. Or something else intended to go at over 50 knots. Probably won't.

At first glance, I thought it was a one or two man ACC miniature, because of the shape of the bow section, but then I noticed the step on the hull, a la floatplane, SailRocket and SpeedPipeDream.
