Looking into doing some work in the yard. They seem very cheap for haul out, storage etc
just wondering if anyone knows the place, and might know why they are so cheap??

Because it's mainly all they do , it is not like some other places on the Med, not too many tourists.
Plus I think they have received some € from the EU and need to stay competive while hiring people if they want the money keep coming
