After almost 15 years of being ignored by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, they finally got in.

Randy Newman in the RRHOF? WTF are you kiding me. Rush gets ignored for years and then they let in Randy Newman? Maybe the jingle hall of fame, or the songs that all fucking sound the same hall of fame, but the Rock and Roll HOF. Come on.

I am a huge randy newman fan. Good ol boys is a bonefide american classic album way before his pop stuff. Ballsy, gritty song writing. However, i am as surprised as anyone that he is considered as a rock and roll artist. But then i looked at all inductees and its not against the grain from that perspective. Miles davis, woodie guthrie, hank williams, nat king cole, charlie christian. Its the rock and roll country pop new wave pseudo punk pop jazz folk hall of fame.

Limbaugh made into the hall of fame?
If it were Limbaugh, he'd consider himself a self-contained trinity, not a mere triumvirate. And he has the girth to prove it.
Hats off to the original, and by far more politically astute, RUSH on their long overdue election.
