Same here..all emails have not been returned...and sure a phone call would be easy..but not easy enough to send some line drawings and specs.
Seriously, how difficult is it to answer an email, I'm pretty sure they have someone hired there to do that.

Either Corey or John will help. If they're not around, then try Nan (Hall).

These are great people and anxious to help in any way. Great company.

Cheers,

MikeR

Typical this time of year - all the shops are busy.

During BIRW we called Hall on the phone, they answered right away.

They said they were really busy.

We explained our problem.

They said bring it over.

They fixed our headstay for us while we went for beers.

We were racing the next day.

BTW:  Navtec is currently in a state of chaos. Parts are taking 8 weeks to get.

All the Hall people have been great to work with. John McCabe will certainly take care of anything you need.

After a few emails they don't seem that anxious. I will try the phone call route and let them know I have some emails waiting to be looked at..next thing you know I will need to fax it. Does anyone fax any more ?
I have dealt with Hall many times and would like to do so again..this for now is a one off spar but could become somthing more.
