Hello

I have a profurl unit on the front of my Jeanneau 44 so.

Its got a single luff grove which really really sucks.

I think its what is a called a Classic unit. can you convert this to a double luff groove or is it best to just start over?

Thanks

Ahoy,
Tried to reach you on other thread.
Wondering if you ever found out any more info on
Electre. I was thinking of making an offer till I read your info.
Any help would be appreciated.

I had a Profurl Classic with a double groove.

I installed it myself and the foil came in sections which were joined together with inserts and grub screws. In seven years cruising the only issue was a tendancy of the grub screws to come loose on long passages. Cured by using Loctite.

See these guys for info if the double foil is still available.
