Ok it's way past time to start talking smack...
I reckon if the Pommies serve up raging turners like they did for the Champions Trophy and go two spinners like they did last year against India that they run thru the Aussies like poop thru a goose. Of course Clarke would score like crazy but the rest would fall. But it's moot as the ECB would never choose such an obviously winning strategy and are likely to serve up pitches that'll suit the Aussie quicks (possibly underrated at the moment) as well as the English ones (likely overrated - except for Jimmy - at the moment), Also England's batting lineup is seeing patchy form at the moment. You reckon, Cook, Trott, and Root are in form but Bell, Bairstow and Pior not so much and who knows which KP will show up.
I can't really comment on the Aussie team because i get confused by all the Mitchells. The way I see it is a bunch of young guys who can bash in limited overs but likely to give their wickets away, Clarke who's the star depending on his old man joints, and a bunch of inconsistent quicks who could be better than England's. Spinners??
I reckon England 2-1 on the first leg, can't call the rematch yet.
