Hi what is the state of play in the UK  at the moment for UK Minis ? Is there a fleet that race ? If so where . Are ther any being built on the south coast .  I am really interested to have a go. If I like , I will by an old one and do up , or build new.  Any Feed back would be appreciated. I had a look on the RORC website and it does not give minimum size of boat that can race . Round Britain  Middle sea race  etc.

Afaik there was the beginning of a mini scene here a decade ago but it faded away. But it's some time since I followed it.

RORC (and JOG) have minimum SSSN numbers which I suspect minis won't meet. Could be wrong.
