Jesus the video is better than I imagined when I heard this story. Though The damage to medicated looks worse in this than it actually was.

I grew up around the corner from there. And it begs the question what was a gravel barge doing up there it gets pretty thin between the two sides of the harbor there.

The docks are fairly new and were in great shape. Haven't been down to see what the damage is. Happened last week

Darth- there is regular barge traffic a couple of times a week in and out of B R harbor. Has been for years.
It's narrow but dead calm and protected. Sometimes things just go pear shaped. Don't know what the cause was.

The difference is that they aim for the Moose Lodge docks.

Poor Olson 29, they're rare boats and one of the best ULDB's ever made...  I've gone wayyyy too fast on one in the middle of the night and it felt rock solid the whole time.

You had best be joking...

Edit: Ishmael, report from the owner of the O29 was that the damage was not catastrophic.

I saw the Olsen on the trailer at the yard for repairs... it's not too bad, at least from the outside. The bow pulpit is a pretzel for sure. That boat used to be wicked fast.

What do you mean used to be, it's still a fast boat. The big guy in the middle is awesome and has a ton of years under his belt. And the driver is one of the best around LIS.

Compared to the immediate prior owner, not so much.
