2014 Annapolis to Bermuda Race entrants have discovered yet another weight saving loophole. Although the modification technically meets all the requirements of Section 4.10 (Radar Reflector) and Section 3.18.1 (A toilet, permanently installed) of IASF Category 1 Requirments race officials are clearly not impressed. IASF President Carlo Croce, when questioned about the modification which has cropped up on multiple boats in the fleet stated "Have these guys even read Seamanship - The Forgotten Factor? This kind crap is like IOR all over again."
