Happy Easter A few days off in VLC.

In Spain, Easter is a bit like Thanksgiving in the USA -- a day that family and friends like to gather for a long, relaxed afternoon meal or BBQ.
Hard to believe it is our fifth (!) Easter here. For our extended Cup family (including local non-sailing friends) the tradition by now is to gather at the modest Club de Campos (literally, "country club") in the urbanization (suburb) north of town where a number of us live. We shall do so again this afternoon.
Our sailing team will be back hard at it with the X40s on Tuesday, and the next RC44 regatta is the following week in Cagliari, Sardinia. The BMW Sailing Cup World Final is that same week, at Lake Garda. And our colleagues in Anacortes, Minden and San Diego continue to have plenty on their plates as well.
Thanks for your many (mostly) kind PMs and emails since last Tuesday's decision. Key now is put the past behind us, and get on with a proper mutual consent, multi-challenger Cup ASAP, if at all possible. If that is not to be, then to make the best of the next ten months for all concerned, including and especially Cup fans.
To those who celebrate it, best wishes to you and your families for a very Happy Easter. May the spirit of the season prevail in a rejuvenated America's Cup 33.

Keep-up the good work and our hopes will remain that all things can be worked-out so the Cup can get back on track again.
