Getting reports that JSK has issued another ruling just now.

Reportedly, GGYC has won on the rudders issue.

My source also said something about experts being used to help the judge decide the rest of the outstanding issues, but he was in a hurry and couldn't explain fully.

Ok this is making sense as I've heard there's a hearing next Wed? RG in his article mentioned something about a conference between the parties, maybe this is it.

Sounds to me like she wants this whole shebang done and dusted ASAP, either to get it out of her courtroom, or to expedite the process and hopefully not delay the match further.

DRTB is crying appeal, RAK will prevail, and Jocecito is off on a cup boat from what I understand.

Interesting, I saw one of the noobs, signed on last night as NYSCJK.

All we have to do is scan the written rulings for key words & phrases from SA AC posts to see if it was her.
I wonder which ones may have appealed to her?
Maybe she can make good use of: egomaniac, cheating billionaire, RHoughly speaking, AH, douche bag, Cheesezilla, idiotic & stupid interpretation, Cahnal knowledge, bitchin supporter, BMWhoovian, STFU ...

If I am right this ruling could become a legal classic.

Is it possible Clean got an expert appointment after his affidavit establihed him & SA as the world's leaders in popular interest in the AC?
She may want to write a ruling that appeals to the largest number of individual AC beneficiaries.

Wow - That's great! Looking forward to seeing it in print for confirmation.

If the decision is based on expertise then perhaps ballast will get ruled well too.

So GGYC will nominate a juror that supports their positions and SNG will find one that supports their positions. So it will still be up to the judge to wade through the informetion, ut at least hopefully she'll have a better understanding.

Very excellent result. Another nail in the BoFD coffin. While I am gratified that the NYSC has ruled that SNG issued bogus rules to DSQ a valid Challenger (okay not in so many words - but that is what happened and has happened) I am mighty disgusted that SNG issued those rules, refused to back down, and has been (once again) brought to bear by the courts. Will they finally get the point that they need to start acting reasonably?

Its seems that as this whole shitfest has moved along that slowly but surely things are shaking out where it seems possible that an actual "fair" match on the water may take place. Am I wrong?
