Getting reports that JSK has issued another ruling just now.
Reportedly, GGYC has won on the rudders issue. My source also said something about experts being used to help the judge decide the rest of the outstanding issues, but he was in a hurry and couldn't explain fully. |

Sounds to me like she wants this whole shebang done and dusted ASAP, either to get it out of her courtroom, or to expedite the process and hopefully not delay the match further.

She may want to write a ruling that appeals to the largest number of individual AC beneficiaries. |
