that's fine by me, and if it suit your team mindset, fine , lose at will. Thing is the sailing and sporting world don't need to know, nor pay for those delusions and vapour-powered SPIN-shyte
without ego there would be no real sport, you realise that a 100mt sprinter must have absolute faith that he can win, or there's no point lining up let us know when enough people have donated to your PAYPAL acct to buy you a tell-tale for your jib, sounds like you've got the Nut on your tiller extension already sorted cheerio |

GYBESET...I agree with you the guy doing the 100m sprint has to have the biggest EGO going as he is on his own...Lazy Guy has hit the nail firmly on the head....He recognises that the helm can be the best in the world...but if his EGO gets in the way then the "TEAM" will not want to work with him ( and I have sailed for a few of the Tossers)....So thanks Lazy Guy..why not go all the way and ask for a boom sticker..go to www.teamb4ego.com and claim your free pair of stickers...We are upto 6 from this site now!!!
Thanks. Geoff. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) |

Sideshow, you will need to show your PAYPAL receipt to teamB4ego to give you the right to say that
walk the talk, or just more fucking hot air , in a 'hot air' thread Ok Geoff, hypothetically I PAYPAL you $50 Euro, and there are another 10 people that do also pls explain how, IN PRACTICAL terms, HTF that can help getting EGO out of sport In advance of no practical answer to this (i.e. like the SPIN on your Webpage) , I say you are full of shit, prove me wrong Exactly how does ' Go Here ' get the EGO out of sports? the stage is yours |

I'm also wondering how in the world your team is getting the ego out of sports. Please be specific.
By begging for money here, I would say that you are displaying an over-inflated ego. You just bought yourself a new truck and recently bought a new boat. Now you are pan handling? I applaud your effort to take wounded veterans sailing. Please post pictures of you taking wounded veterans out for a sail. Didn't see any on your website. Why are you here begging for money? 2.50 from the purchase of a stupid hat goes to the cause? Let me guess, the rest of the profits go to line your own pockets? This looks like a really tasteless scam. If I was the moderator I would purge this thread, unless you explain specifically how you are taking the ego out of sailing, why that's a good thing, and post pics of taking wounded veterans sailing. Wankers |

damn right Snake
The Boat. The boat is a laser SB3 and the number is 3516. The boats name is BSBS. This stands for Brightlingsea School of Boat Speed. It derives from an ISO national Championships in Looe in Cornwall in 1996, when the first 5 boats were from Brightlingsea. sounds a little egotistical ta me? and taking credit for the other 4 boats ! or is the BS² acronym what we all know it to be |

GYBESET
All you need to know is that by the time I buy the hats and give the £2.50 to Toe in the water...and then by the time I have the FREE boom stickers printed and posted out I am making NO MONEY at all. Rightly or wrongly this is something I believe in and I am prepared to put some money into. To those people that have asked for boom stickers I thank-you for your support and whilst I realise that GS is probably enjoying the wind up we will have the last laugh. Geoff. |

GYBESET....Toodle pip old boy....The beauty of ANY forum is that people have the right of reply and to air their opinions....We at TB4E believe that their are more people in TEAM sports that would like to practise our "ethos" but their team mates EGOS will not let them...so that could have the potential to weaken the team...sorry to get heavy...but that is just the weay it is..NO SPIN NO CRAPOLA...JUST PLAIN TALKing. On our boat we win together and we lose together...No blame is ever put on one individual.. Thanks. Geoff. Thats very nice for the skip, isn't it? he takes out a perfectly good boat with a perfectly adequate crew and screws it all up....no blame though. God forbid he should have some lasting regret to spark a review of his mistakes. but lets all feel good. |

Geoff, old mate Gob Shit is the epitome of ego in sailing. No boat, rail meat only. Seldom completes a season without getting flicked by the owner. An interweb gas bag, nothing more.
