I found the Wave to be a yes-no boat.
It's simple, delightfully easy to sail, tacks well, etc.
But it's slow. Painfully so.
It takes 20-25 to fly a hull!
Absolutely great for resort tourists and 13 year olds....

I've got one and think its great, take it away for holidays, go fishing, sail with the kids, wave riding at Trial Bay(bottom turns, cutbacks even did a floater last year)sailed from Yamba to Grafton last year, not an F18 but wasn't meant to be, sailing downwind with your back steering the tiller crossbar with a rum in one hand and legs crossed very relaxing, couldn't do that with an F18.

We have one at the cottage and it is fantastic...no-sailing friends can bash it against the docks/rocks and not hurt it...it depowers easily and I can take 4 kids out with me...there are beer holders in the tramp as well....
If it were just "Me"...I'd be in an A-Class....but what can ya do.
