Central Air

I am putting in central air in a 2 story cape, with an attic. I am getting quotes, but would love non profit based advice. 

 

house is 1900 sq/ft . 

 

I have been proposed  a 2 compressor two air handler system, one in basement one in attic.

 

 

thoughts?


Westchester NY junior sailing prgram for non member

I have a friend who will be in Westchester with his children for this summer and is looking for a club/junior sailing program that accepts non members. Friend will only be there one summer does not want to join a place and will be looking to send some 12 year olds for sailing.

 

Any advice?
