Most everyone here already has it... But I think the most critical has to be stretching the foot absolutely as soon as possible, usually through prefeeding the guy prehoist... I've seen some horrible balls of kite go up just fine if that's done... And I personally usually just leave the halyard attached as well, assuming it can be secured well enough (on a shroud turnbuckle or the like...) it's just something else not to get all clustered...

I feel like that is your best option... Of course, there are a multitude of variables and I'm sure someone will disagree with me...
And I'm just not sure you would get the best hoist on the jib (from a vector standpoint) but if it were to survive a rapidly building breeze on the uphill and sort
