I'll get flamed for this but a Pearson 31 in our area has been tricked out for PHRF she rates around 180 but sails way below that rating. Very good cruiser with lots of room below, I own a Pearson 33-2 and the 31 has almost as much space below.

Once again....the reason I don't visit this site, very often, is because of illiterate/inexperienced  people like you! If you were truly a sailor you would have seen the sarcasm in my post.
