was really just curious if anyone knows anything about the advance built FDs.

Just picked up a FD (1976 Advance build) for a song on ebay, with trailer and new tires. I have a US1 built by them and it is a really solid boat, other than the places they used ply. (Already replaced with corecell and glassed...) Anyone know about the advance built FDs? I would love to see pics of the EC boats, I have a Tornado I was thinking about doing for that, but if the FD is a better choice... I am thinking a small fixed sprit, A sail. It has a snuffer already, so that would be sweet.

the MI boat is a great deal, it is setup really well. I have done a couple transeries and a mac on it.

Does anyone know of somebody needing one way trip via land to mackinac island, after chi-mac? is anyone riding up there in a car with someone? I am dire need of finding someone to drive a car up there!!! My connection from last year is sadly not able to do it this year.. Its a nice car and will be full of gas, with some gas money, so no expense!!! Great way for delivery crew to get up there also, just sayin.. PM or call Thanks, Marc 502-718-2969

MACKINAC QUESTION Anyone need a car to drive to the island one way (delivery folks?) Found out out shuttle driver from last year won't be able to do it this year. We are racing on Quicksilver, but come from KY, so it is far easier for us to go straight back. Thanks!
