EDCURACAO 1
Last race of the weekend sailing the Heineken Regatta Curacao on a Henderson 30, we all in good spirit to grab the last race victory. The hole weekend we had winds blowing around 25-30knots and this race was no other. It felt even worst..... But after some racing together everything went en felt pretty smooth. Even some full planing gybes where you didn't feel the boat slowing down. The last mark was like a promotional downwind gate to pass close to shore and 300m in front of the finish. We just didn't made the bouy due to some big shifts and were forced to gybe suddenly and sai to deep downwind to try make the mark, all very close to shore and the photographers....... rest of the story, pictures speak for them self.... This was the first time I heard the owner say: watch out guys don't sink the boat... I was down there trying to get the buoy out of the mainsheet... Nobody got seriously hurt full set of pictures https://plus.google.com/u/2/photos/106409116731890000714/albums/6028730762221230385
