I get it, he’s in a position to get paid, and good for him he earned it, but I don’t want to watch a bunch of videos on his helly Hansen, Raymarine, rolly tasker and Oscar gear. Of course, it worked; I remembered the names of all his sponsors and I didn’t even watch the whole videos. Viva capitalism I totally agree. I watched that video yesterday. TheDragon 905
Here are the three clicks used in Zulu and Xhosa, from Wikipedia. All are easy to do on their own, the trick is integrating them into a word. I grew up in East London, up the coast from Gqeberha, and learned a bit of Xhosa, and later Zulu as a student at WITS in Joburg, but never became fluent. I have not seen the movie, but apparently in the land of Wakanda in Black Panther they spoke Xhosa. The easiest clicks for English speakers are the dental clicks written with a single pipe, 〈ǀ〉. These are sharp (high-pitched) squeaky sounds made by sucking on the front teeth. A simple dental click is used in English to express pity or to shame someone, or to call a cat or other animal, and is written tut! in British English and tsk! in American English. In many cultures around the Mediterranean a simple dental click is used for "no" in answer to a direct question. They are written with the letter c in Zulu. Next most familiar to English speakers are the lateral clicks, which are written with a double pipe, 〈ǁ〉. They are also squeaky sounds, though less sharp than [ǀ], made by sucking on the molars on either side (or both sides) of the mouth. A simple lateral click is made in English to get a horse moving, and is conventionally written tchick!. They are written with the letter x in Zulu. With the alveolar clicks, written with an exclamation mark, 〈ǃ〉, the tip of the tongue is pulled down abruptly and forcefully from the roof of the mouth, sometimes using a lot of jaw motion, and making a hollow pop! like a cork being pulled from an empty bottle. Something like these sounds may be used for a 'clip-clop' sound as noted above. These sounds can be quite loud. They are written with the letter q in Zulu.

rattus32 48
Hell, I don't the etiquette of quoting, but this is in response to Russell's post. I speak German very well (ought to, I'm a dual citizen), speak passable French, and bust my ass to pronounce things correctly. Amazing the doors that open when you do that. This is not rocket surgery. Merely effort and education. Why does/do (for the uneducated) the rest of the world send their best and brightest to our Universities? Hmmm... And JFC, the Irish pronounce American places and names as badly as most Americans do the opposite. You'll find out that most educated 'muricans (you know, the kind that voyage) do just as well as the Irish do at our vernacular. But hey, it's the favorite game of the members of the ex-British empire to taunt their economic superiors. (And yeah, I have my own problems with the politics, health care system and international aggression), but basically it's simply schadenfreude on their part when they have nothing else to stand on. Getting tired of it. I've spent years venturing and working internationally, and have encountered bullshit in nearly every English-speaking country (other than India), despite my damndest efforts to be polite, integrate with the locals (but fer Chrissakes, have any of you developed an edible cuisine yet? (I'm looking at you, Australia; I've been ripped off on "gourmet fare" - we own a restaurant - in Sydney too many times to no avail) And all of your beers suck compared with a good local microbrews. As a homebrewer, and brother of an international beer judge. So you keep on stereotyping all you want. We're fit, educated, travel far more than most of you, and are sick and tired of this crap. And that last line breaks every law. So let a certified academy poet apply a bit of doctoring: There was a young tar from Lim'rick Who seemed like a bit of a prick; He found him a nelly With two bags o' jelly And now he gets millions of clicks.

Zonker 5,253
Not how I recall it. Didn't BS get flicked for attacking Bob over the death of his son? Bob spent a lot of time (rightfully) mocking BS's "designs" but sure didn't stalk him.
