Another Navy ship hits a freighter

The Canadian ship was docked, the US Navy ship was launched in 2017 but they hadn’t even commissioned it yet.

Hit a berthed freighter....WTF

Do not expect exemplary seamanship on a US Navy ship because , given the recent track record it is obvious that basics of handling a big ship are not being taught to anyone that matters.

Yep Cook is well up there and Bligh had sailed with Cook.

Bligh sailed  3000 nautical miles in a 23 ft boat with 18 loyalists, the only other that ranks is Shackleton.
